1 listener + 1 latte = 1 Year of Journeywomen

1 listener + 1 latte = 1 Year of Journeywomen

Third Annual Latte Campaign • October 13-21, 2025

Every October we ask our listeners to Venmo us (or give via our website) the price of one (or a couple) lattes—just like you might Venmo a friend to grab a treat for herself when you know she's had a hard day.

If every single Journeywomen listener donated the amount they spend on a latte, we'd have one year of our budget fully funded! The math looks like this:

1 listener + 1 latte = 1 Year of Journeywomen

Although we do have advertising on the podcast, it doesn't cover even half of the costs to bring you the content you know and love. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of our listeners to do this work!

Our whole team—Hunter, Kimbo, Lauren, and Lainee—is ready to hit the ground running for 2026, but we need YOUR help! For the last eight years we have sought to provide you with conversations, resources, and content that we hope equips you for everyday ministry in your local context, and we want to keep doing just that!

Will you give a tax-deductible donation today to invest in the future of Journeywomen?

The Story Behind Journeywomen

Almost a decade ago, Hunter Beless filled the hours her husband, Brooks, spent training with the U.S. Army by listening to podcasts. Back then, people hardly knew what a podcast was, and Christian shows were mostly limited to two extremes: sermon audio or small talk. So, while walking the streets of Fort Hood, she dreamt of creating a podcast for women that bridged the gap between the two. And from the floor of her very tiny closet, this dream came to fruition with the launch of the Journeywomen podcast in June of 2017.

Today, Journeywomen Ministries helps women know and love God and his Word, find their hope in the gospel, and invest deeply in their local churches.

It has been an incredible journey, and now, by God’s grace, tens of thousands of women tune into the Journeywomen podcast every week, from almost every country around the globe. Since its early days, the Journeywomen team has expanded, launched a blog, recorded live podcasts, hosted pop-up shops, and produced free downloadable resources that serve churches worldwide. More importantly, we’ve received countless messages from women who have come to faith, plugged into a local body of believers, or grown in their hunger for the Word of God as a result of listening to the podcast.

Since the launch of Journeywomen, the costs affiliated with producing the podcast have been sustained through advertising. But as Journeywomen continues to grow, so do the expenses associated with the operation and expansion of the ministry. That—paired with a desire to see Journeywomen live beyond Hunter and the current team—drove us to establish Journeywomen Ministries as a non-profit organization.

Each month there are various fees affiliated with producing the podcast, maintaining and developing the website, compensating our team, and creating additional resources for Journeywomen followers. We would love for you to consider making a tax-deductible donation to Journeywomen to help us come alongside women to move them to know and love God.

Thank you for the many years you have listened to, shared, and supported this work. As we always say, it’s a joy to journey alongside you guys!
