Living in Light of Redemption Series

Today we’re kicking off a brand new series in which we’re seeking to answer the question: What is a Journeywoman? In our first episode, we’re going back to a conversation I shared with Nancy Wolgemuth on living in light of redemption, because a journeywoman is redeemed. Our hope and prayer is that this episode encourages you to remember the great story of redemption and to walk with people to the cross—to Jesus. That is what being a Journeywoman is all about.

Nancy has touched the lives of millions of women through Revive Our Hearts and the True Woman movement, calling them to heart revival and biblical womanhood. Her love for Christ and His Word is infectious, and permeates her outreach. Her books have sold more than three million copies and are reaching the hearts of women around the world. Nancy and her husband, Robert, live in Michigan.

Ellen Dykas received her MA in Biblical and Theological studies at Covenant Theological Seminary, Creve Coeur, MO. She also received a Graduate Certificate in Biblical Counseling from the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation (CCEF). Ellen delights in teaching God’s Word and coming alongside women in their spiritual journey.

K. A. Ellis holds an MFA from Yale University and a master of art in religion (theological) from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, and is a doctoral candidate at Oxford Center for Mission Studies in Oxford, England. She speaks and writes on the theology of human rights, African-American culture, understanding Islam, and the persecuted church.
